Pregnancy cravings had me whippin' these bad boys up. Choc Protein Cookie Slice are plant-based, dairy-free, no eggs and vegan-friendly!

Ingredients
2 scoops choc protein (I used PranaOn Rich Chocolate Power Plant Protein)
1/2 cup peanut butter ⠀
1/3 cup cacao nibs
1 cup Self-raising flour
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Nuttelex (or a vegan butter alternative)
2 tbsp maple syrup⠀
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C
Line a pan with nonstick spray or baking paper
Mix all the ingredients together (if you're looking for that gooey browny consistency add more Nuttelex )
Transfer the batter to the lined pan
Bake for approx 30 minutes then check if cooked on the inside. If it needs more you can cover with foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes (this will encourage the centre to cook without the outside being overcooked).
Serve with vegan ice cream 🍦 🤤
