Pregnancy week 11. This week baby is the size ofs strawberry š Hopefulness for subsiding nausea & filmed a prenatal yoga class (watch here).

š¶š½ Baby Status: Baby is about the size of a strawberry (4cm long and 7 grams). Baby's fingers and toes no longer have webbing and have fully separated too.
š¤°š½ Mama's Status: This week nausea is subsiding. It's no longer constant and comes in waves of 30-mins on and 30-mins off all throughout the day. I've also noticed the dark vertical line of pigmentation appearing on my belly, also known as the Linea Nigra.
Weight: + 2kg.
Diet: What I eat depends on where I'm at with nausea during the day. I'm still on the dry toast and if I'm feeling up for it will try work in veggies. Trying creative water to drinks lots of water e.g. mixing with lime, lemons or cordial.
Aversions: Still really strong aversions to lots of flavours and lots of smells.
Cravings: No cravings. Just anything that doesn't make me feel sick.
Products I'm loving: This week I've been able to enjoy essential oils again. Pure Lemon Oil is one that energises me and helps keep nausea at bay.
Supplements: The SmartyPants Prenatal Vegetarian Gummies are still going well. They're a God send and take the anxiety out of prenatal supplements.
Pregnancy Exercises: Morning walks by the ocean and express gym workout on the mornings I'm feeling up to it.
Yoga Practice: Twists are now a thing of the past. Any kind of compression on the belly feels terrible.
Self Care Rituals: I've started a 5 min baby meditation every morning when I first wake up. Just focusing on the breath and baby. Changes my entire morning!
